Accounts.

We accept corporate accounts for regular private hire services. Terms are detailed below:

1. From herein "the company" refers to Chariot Executive Car Hire Ltd, "the client" refers to the organisation that would be liable for the credit account.

2. The company shall provide vehicle services to the client as and when required, all subject to suitable vehicles being available at the time of request.

3. The company shall not be held liable for any loss howsoever caused as a result of the non-availability of a suitable vehicle.

4. The company shall not be held liable for the late arrivals of transportation whether occupied or not due to adverse weather or road conditions.

5. The company shall only provide vehicle services that are duly insured and licensed in accordance with the required regulations in force at that time.

6. Such vehicle services offered are subject to the regularity of the clients account.

7. The client shall undertake not to place the company in such a position that would place any liability on the company either legally or otherwise.

8. The client shall undertake not to request vehicle services for persons or items that are deemed to be unsuitable for normal or safe transportation.
